| 研究：女性董事 可防企業過度支出

若要節約支出，公司董事會成員必須要有女性！加拿大最近的研究顯示，女性董事在企業併購過程持較審慎的態度，可預防價格過高的收購，和「企業王國」的過度擴展。「英國女性董事」組織表示，女性董事因為身份在董事會中較為獨立，因此對公司所做的決定較能公正客觀。

| 實物銀行入法 勸募團體應公開徵信

行政院會今日上午通過《社會救助法》修正草案，將實物銀行納入管理，增訂實物給付的法源依據，各地方政府可視實際需要及財力，自行或運用民間資源，以實物(例如食物券、棉被、衣服等民生物資)辦理社會救助。
