國際刑事鑑識專家李昌鈺下午表示，食物的安全很重要，檢驗（testing）應該有全國統一標準，但更重要的是，要採用什麼方法檢驗；不同的測試方法，有不同結果，解釋當然不同，但不能說成是哪個機關故意不報告或把結果隱藏起來。
