| 跟台灣借鏡 北京車停3分鐘以上熄火

跟台灣借鏡，北京市人大常委會審議「北京市大氣污染防治條例」，決定在學校周邊等八種地區，要求停車超過3分鐘熄火，但由於擔憂衝擊過大，仍暫時以勸導為主，讓市民逐漸自覺，沒有規定罰則。但應熄火地段仍會劃定為「特定區域」，在這區域內車輛只要暫停超過三分鐘，就要熄火。
