| 銅葉綠素來源 泰山仍未釐清

針對泰山董座詹岳霖質疑，衛福部所驗出之銅葉綠素可能為葡萄籽油製程中自然產生，食管署研究檢驗組長施養志20日回應，泰山自驗的銅含量與食管署檢測的銅葉綠素意義不同，且目前並無銅葉綠素會自然產生的科學證據。師大化學系教授吳家誠則表示，泰山自清證據確實不足，但食管署現行的檢驗方式亦有改善空間。
