| 綠兩岸政策 學者：突破現狀會否改變現狀

民進黨兩岸政策備受關注。民進黨中國事務委員會今天下午提出「2014對中政策檢討紀要」，但內容並未放入「憲政共識」，而改為「應該積極凝聚台灣內部的共識做為兩岸對話的基礎」。中央警察大學公共安全系副教授董立文今晚接受聯合報採訪提出自己的看法，他表示，若凍結台獨黨綱或通過憲法各表、憲政共識，恐被北京解釋成「回到一中框架」，但若台灣兩大政黨都回到一中原則，以習近平過去一年的強硬態度，勢必順水推舟、向台灣要求統一，那就等於「改變」現狀。
