| 圈選2013代表字 胡志強：「惶」表食不安

【大紀元2013年11月16日訊】（大紀元記者黃玉燕台灣台中報導）遠東集團徐元智先生紀念基金會舉辦「台灣2013代表字票選」，共57字讓民眾票選最能代表台灣民眾心聲的字，台中市長胡志強在議員要求下，圈選出「惶」字，代表民眾對於食品安全的惶恐與不安。
議員黃馨慧質詢說，每年民眾票選的字，都代表當年民眾對於當下時事的反應，2013年民眾經歷食安危機、丟鞋等社會亂象，到底哪個字可以代表民意?胡志強說，本來要選「謊」，但食安非常迫切，越到年底越不安，所以「惶」字應能代表大多民眾的心情。
