【大紀元2013年11月13日訊】(大紀元記者李真香港報道)港視風波觸發建制派大分裂，繼早前通訊局向立法會提交文件，逐點擊破「一籃子因素」，重摑梁振英一巴後，行政會議召集人林煥光10日亦罕有地主動開腔，和特首梁振英劃清界線，要求梁振英就事件進行深刻檢討。外界普遍認為，林煥光的言論不尋常，對梁振英的威信造成重創，示意北京或拋棄梁振英。
行政會議召集人林煥光星期天出席一個公開活動時，被追問免費電視發牌風波，他主動承認決策和市民期望有落差，更首次指梁振英深切檢討。
