國民黨榮譽主席連戰今天對國民黨十九全會發表書面致詞。連戰提醒，「君子有遠慮，志士多苦心」，事事要有遠見、有定見，對一切問題「要看深一層，看遠一著，擴大境界，投射到整個國家人民身上」；期待全黨「以和為貴，聲應氣求，一團和氣」，都能抱著「有容乃大，放眼四方」的氣魄和風度，面對一切艱難和變局。
