裁定延押　賴素如批院檢濫權

台北地方法院今天裁定，涉入雙子星弊案的台北市議員賴素如延押。賴素如服務團隊發出聲明表示，院檢聯手濫權、戕害人權。
 
「中央社」報導，賴素如聲明中指出，賴素如遭羈押近2個月，檢方在這段期間偵訊，未發現與賴素如有關的新事證，顯見當時所謂「密件」，只是檢方濫權羈押的幌子，何況賴素如數度庭訊都已配合檢方對案情完整陳述，不能以她的陳述和其他人供述不一致，就認定她有勾串之虞。
