根據澳洲知名網站adelaidenow報導，知名航空服務調查機構SKYTRAX公司和科技網站(Business Insider Australia)日前針對座椅舒適度、娛樂設備、客艙環境、清潔和服務效率評選出全球10大航空公司最糟經濟艙，滿分為100分以反映「最不愉快的飛行經驗」，第1名為土庫曼斯坦航空，第2名為蘇丹航空，第5名為北韓的高麗航空，其他還有保加利亞、冰島、敘利亞等航空。

SKYTRAX每年都會評選出全球最佳10 大航空公司，去年前三名為QATAR AIRWAYS、Asiana Airlines與Singapore Airlines。

8.冰島快捷航空(Iceland Express)　平均42.8分
9.塔吉克航空(Tajik Air)　平均43.3分
10.敘利亞航空(Syrian Air)　平均44.8分
