高雄市政府在南星計畫區推動的遊艇產業專區，6月3日要進行環評會議。小港區鳳興里長洪富賢、龍鳳里長黃文裕，發動約80人，要搭遊覽車北上抗議。洪富賢說，大林蒲到鳳鼻頭的海岸線，如果被高汙染的遊艇廠包圍，當地將成城市的孤島；四周都是工廠汙染源，生活環境將惡劣至極點，非抗爭不可，「還我海岸、遊艇滾蛋」！
