立院三讀 論文槍手最重罰百萬

論文代寫已走向專業、企業化經營，業者公開招攬學生代寫，從碩士論文到教授升等論文任君挑選，甚至提供多種語言服務。立法院今天三讀通過修正「學位授予法」，未來論文槍手、登代寫論文廣告最重可罰一百萬元，並可按次處罰。
