統一疑慮商品 未用洋菜粉

統一今天表示，經過重金屬檢測後，發現該七項商品都未使用問題原料「洋菜粉」，此次下架是基於上游原料供應商的食品原料有疑慮，為保障消費者權益，便主動回收疑慮產品。

統一指出，昨天下午六點，公司接獲台南地檢署來電，得知產品原料供應商疑似違法添加工業級乙二胺四乙酸二鈉（EDTA-2Na）在食品原料「洋菜粉」當中，便立即派員前往瞭解。

直到晚上八點，統一企業得知「德記開喜嚴選豆花」商品有使用違法原料，即全面盤點架上所有商品；經查驗後，確定有七項產品使用立光農工所提供的其他原料，在為確保消費者權益下，決定先停產並下架回收，待司法釐清後再恢復上架。
