非洲發展會議揭幕 日相：援助140億美元

日本首相安倍晉三(Shinzo Abe)今天(1日)表示，日本將在未來5年提供非洲140億美元的援助。

安倍在非洲發展國際會議的開幕式上宣布，海外發展援助(ODA)金額約為1兆4千億日圓(140億美元)。

根據日本經濟新聞(Nikkei)5月31日的報導，由於日本業者急於搶占非洲市場，如果加上預計中的企業投資，2018年之前，日本公、私部門向非洲挹注的資金將約達3兆日圓(300億美元)。

5年舉行1次的非洲發展國際會議，6月1日起在東京南方的橫濱(Yokohama)展開3天，有40多個非洲國家的領袖和國際組織的重要成員出席。
