金管會金融檢查範圍也將擴及大陸！金管會檢查局局長鍾慧貞表示，最快在今年下半年，將針對目前10家本國銀行大陸分行進行全面金檢，同時，2家大陸銀行在台分行也規劃範圍內，而且所有業務都會全面檢查一遍，金檢結果也會與銀監會交換意見。
金管會主委陳裕璋30日赴立法院財委會備詢，對於國民黨立委羅明才關切金管會對於本國銀行大陸分行是否有進行金檢，對此，陳裕璋表示，目前正在規劃中。
鍾慧貞則說，最近已規劃派人到大陸，針對本國銀行大陸分行展開金檢，並依照海外分行檢查方式，事前一定要與當地監理機關溝通，事
後也要與當地監理機關討論，最快下半年開始。至於大陸銀行在台分行今年也會進行金檢。
至於到大陸的檢查方式及順序，鍾慧貞指出，本國銀行在大陸開業的時間差不多，金管會將依照開業時間與地域遠近進行金檢，而且第一次金檢大陸在台灣的分行，基本上所有業務都會檢查一遍，像是存款、放款等，不過，目前大陸銀行在台分行經營的業務還算單純，規模也不大。
目前在大陸設有分行的本國銀行共有10家，包括國泰世華銀行、第一銀行、彰化銀行、華南銀行、土地銀行、合庫銀行、兆豐銀行、台灣銀行、中信銀行、玉山銀行。根據金管會統計，截至4月底，合計總放款約322.14億元，又以國泰世華銀行上海分行放款最多。
