小熊投手伍德(Travis Wood)今天4局下從白襪賽揚投手皮維(Jake Peavy)手中轟出滿貫砲，這是他在5月分第2轟，更誇張的是，這是小熊投手群5月分已貢獻19分打點，締造國聯史上投手單月最多打點紀錄。

在DH還沒建立前，老虎投手群曾在1940年締造大聯盟史上單月最多20分打點紀錄，小熊明天有機會追平或超越這個紀錄。
