新北市衛生局3日公布兩件新抽檢出含順丁烯二酸的不合格食品，包括板橋大遠百「林員肉圓」、湳雅夜市「小歇」水晶餃。因「小歇」屬全國性連鎖店，新北衛生局通知總公司將全台各門市的水晶餃下架；另追查供應茂利公司澱粉給「林員肉圓」的「大貿雜糧行」是否確實回收毒澱粉。
