行政院院會上午聽取經建會報告當前經濟情勢。對日本首相安倍晉三拋出安倍經濟學的「第三支箭」，經建會副主委陳建良表示，日本政策仍有商榷之處，但因日圓貶值，造成日本廠商、技術外移，以台灣為跳板、中介，開始拓展中國大陸、東南亞市場，過去數月間，大量日資流入我國，現也在與日本洽談，透過我國展開其他國家的商業發展，請大家拭目以待。
