英商林克穎潛逃出境 監院糾正移民署

因酒駕致死遭判刑四年定讞的英商林克穎潛逃出境，監察院今（6）日表示，內政部移民署未能查驗林克穎所持護照，導致在受限制出境處分期間，竟持用他人護照潛逃出境，並未能及時建置生物特徵識別系統，危及國境安全，均有違失，依法糾正內政部移民署。
