行政院今天上午也舉行臨時院會通過覆議案，隨後呈請總統核可後，再送立法院決議。

行政院發言人鄭麗文轉述，今天臨時院會國科會主委朱敬一、教育部長蔣偉寧等都有發言，要求主動研議有關教授除罪化部分。朱敬一指出，政院不一定要主動，但要有所行動，要有清楚的理論基礎，因此籲請政院積極作為、成立小組。

行政院長江宜樺裁示，由政委薛琦、羅瑩雪邀教育部、內政部、主計總處等相關單位研議。
