民進黨團大小黨鞭　4人登記角逐

因屆立院會期交接，民進黨團上周開放綠委，登記每會期1任的幹事長、書記長職務，幹事長部分有綠委高志鵬、蔡其昌2人登記，而書記長部分蔡其昌也登記，另有綠委陳亭妃及吳秉叡登記，共3人角逐。
 
民進黨團總召柯建銘表示，明天黨團大會，將討論下會期幹部產生方式，視協調情況決定是否投票，最慢會在臨時會結束前改選完成。
