這次傳聞中的 Galaxy S 4 Zoom 有外觀圖流出啦，SamMobile 流出它的電腦圖，而 TechTastic 流出的則是聲稱的實機照片。它的正面根本就是使用了 Galaxy S 4 的設計語言，但右側有一個實體相機快門鍵，白色帶曲線的機身設計更讓人聯想到 Nokia PureView 808。另外，它就跟現有的 Galaxy Camera 一樣有一個凸出的背部和鏡頭，相信凸出的的部分同樣是為了方便用戶單手拿著拍攝的；據說音量鍵同時擔任變焦鍵的角色。

其他規格方面，TechTastic 單方面確認了它有一個支援光學變焦的 16MP 主相機、4.3 吋的 Super AMOLED qHD 螢幕、1.6GHz 雙核、藍牙 4.0、Wi-Fi、GPS、8GB 內置儲存量和支援 micro SD 卡；Android 版本是 4.2.2 和擁有 TouchWiz 界面。據說它將會在 6 月 20 號 Samsung 在倫敦舉行的發表會上亮相。
