酒測值0.15 明起上路開罰

交通部配合刑法修正，下修酒駕處罰標準至酒測值0.15，明天零點起上路開罰，超標機車開罰1萬5000元、小汽車罰1萬9500元、大型車罰2萬2500元，全體駕駛人適用。

根據警大教授蔡中志研究，以60公斤的成人為例，酒測值0.15，約等同啤酒567cc（1又4分之3罐）、紅酒239cc（3分之1瓶）或高粱酒72cc（10分之1）的量。

交通部表示，「酒駕零容忍」是社會共識，新處罰標準幾乎是全世界最嚴格，提醒民眾只要喝酒，就不開車上路。
