4女虐殺1女非殺人罪　家屬：一定上訴

【許淑惠／台中報導】台中市去年9月發生的女女四角戀情殺案，死者陳姓女子離家投靠舊情人謝女，卻遭謝女夥同新歡舊愛3女凌虐20天，不僅用美工刀劃割、菸燙全身、還用雨傘、掃把柄性侵等，致陳女體無完膚引發敗血症死亡。
 
台中地院依過失致死罪重判謝女無期徒刑，卻不是用檢方起訴的殺人罪，陳女父親下午忿忿不平的說：「她們凌虐的手法，就是要我女兒死，怎麼不算殺人罪，我一定會上訴。」
