政院修國安、電信法 綠:台版稜鏡計畫

民進黨團今開記者會反對NCC所提電信法第9條及行政院會通過的國家安全法等相關網路修法。立委葉宜津說，一旦修法通過，政府將可濫權對網路「戒嚴」；立委黃偉哲指，馬政府這是在訂「台版稜鏡計畫」，並質疑行政部門是否在沒有法源情形下，對人民通訊監控。

葉宜津指出，電信法第9條規定「利用網路提供之內容，妨害公共秩序，善良風俗者，電信事業於技術不可行時，得停止使用網路、移除內容或其他適當措施」，但如何界定妨害公共秩序及善良風俗？行政權力不該利用不明確的法律獨斷獨行，阻斷網路意見多元討論。
