前父紀念館前館長私吞畫案　 判被告無罪

【劉志原╱台北報導】國父紀念館前館長曾坤地，2010年在中正紀念堂管理處長任內，涉侵吞中國三百書畫院於莫拉克颱風重創台灣後，贈送台灣的「媽祖護佑中華聖像」，該畫像鑲有大量金箔，價值600萬元人民幣（約2800萬元台幣），台北地檢署認定曾男只是代表赴中收受卻私吞，觸犯刑責5年以上的《貪污治罪條例》侵占財物罪，將他起訴，台北地院審理認為，罪證不足，並無證據可證明被告貪污，判他無罪；仍可上訴。
