【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】有「新末日博士」之稱的紐約大學教授羅比尼（Nouriel Roubini）與全球最大政治風險顧問公司歐亞集團（Eurasia Group）總裁布萊默（Ian Bremmer）聯名發布報告批評，Fed的退場策略根本就是騙人的奸詐行為，因為退場過程勢必相當緩慢，同時又可能創造信貸與資產泡沫，導致金融動盪。

報告中指出，「我們知道電影的結局，而我們或許準備迎接續集。疲弱的實體經濟與就業市場，加上高債務比，都顯示需要緩慢退出貨幣刺激措施。」
