國民黨立委蔡錦隆，今天參加由台灣併購與私募股權協會主辦「如何借鏡日本產業革新機制協助國內產業重組轉型研討會」，他致詞表示，因應全球景氣低迷，台灣產業面臨市場緊縮與激烈競爭之雙重挑戰，在美、日皆有政府出資協助產業重整轉型的成功例子下，政府應該借鏡美、日經驗，整合國內資源與民間動能，對國內產業來做整合與轉型，他將提案要求行政院應儘速成立一千五百億元的產業重建基金，帶領台灣產業向上衝，蔡錦隆認為刻不容緩。
