補酒駕漏洞 李鴻源推修法

酒駕新法上路後，不少用路人寧願拒測挨罰，逃過刑法第185條之三的重罰。對此，內政部長李鴻源表示，已經在跨部會研議，提出道安條例修法，未來將朝不須檢察官同意，即可強制酒測。

李鴻源上午出席婦幼保護研討會暨頒獎典禮，會後受訪表示，酒駕又拒絕酒測，是懦弱的行為，社會必須唾棄。

李鴻源說，交通部、法務部與警政署已有共識，很快會修正道路交通管理處罰條例，可以對拒絕酒測民眾採取酒測，相信在大家有強烈共識下很快可以修法。
