首例酒駕拒測抽血男 媒體爆:傳資工彌同車

【綜合報導】酒駕拒測強制抽血新制，今天第一天上路，警方凌晨1點多，在東區敦化南路巷子內，攔查到一名開BMW名車的37歲謝姓男子，警方要求他接受酒測吹氣，但他不願意，警方隨後將他帶回派出所，並帶到醫院強制抽血檢驗，據TVBS報導，傳與這名謝姓男子同車的，是台大五姬之一的「資工彌」余函彌，不過這項消息目前未獲證實。
