【徐珮君／台北報導】對於學者質疑海協會在台分支機構將變成中國在香港設置的「中聯辦」，影響台灣社會，陸委會主委王郁琦說，如海協會派駐在台灣的人源有類似「中聯辦」的行為，依據法令政府可做必要的處置，包括口頭警告、限令人員出境，甚至撤銷在台設立的許可。

王郁琦也坦言，目前中國對我方提出探視權的要求仍未鬆口，陸委會將積極爭取，對於雙方派駐人員的人身自由、通訊秘密、館舍不可侵犯等，以及辦理簽證的功能，則朝樂觀方向發展。
