ipod touch 4電池損壞!

最近用了許久的ipod touch 4開始出現異常了

電常常充不飽,充了好幾個小時電池量還是在紅色部分,而且機身非常的燙,就不敢繼續充下去

問過附近通訊行說要換電池大概要花好幾千(3.4千吧)

上過蘋果官網又查不到維修事宜

想請問有類似經驗的大大這種情況是不是我的ipod touch 4要退休了呢?
