歐盟3千萬美元 助蓋亞那糖業

美聯社報導，歐盟20日晚間與南美洲國家蓋亞那簽約，由歐盟提供3000萬美元，協助蓋亞那的製糖業。這筆錢將用來購買收割機，協助蓋國減少對割蔗工人的依賴，如今許多工人放棄農田工作，轉向金礦業，導致該國製糖業面臨危機。
