【短片】汐止中興路涵洞積水　商家：大雨就這樣

【林金聖／台北報導】汐止中興路、康寧街高速公路下的涵洞，因今天午後一場大雷雨又快又急，造成雨水宣洩不及一度積水，行經涵洞車輛不得不放慢速度，造成堵車，附近商家表示，由於涵洞地勢較低，碰上滂沱大雨時，無法快速宣洩雨水，所以會有積水現象。

目前雨勢趨緩，積水已經消退，但是汽機車行經此路段仍應小心慢行。
