治安惡化 蒲隆地橙色警示

位於東非國家蒲隆地治安持續惡化，外交部為了國人安全，昨（二十五）日宣布該地旅遊警示提升為橙色，若非必要不要前往。

外交部表示，蒲隆地近年派軍參加索馬利亞維和部隊，因此索馬利亞恐怖組織伊斯蘭青年黨揚言要對蒲隆地進行恐怖攻擊，而且蒲隆地雖然在二○○九年與叛亂份子簽署停火協議，不過暴力衝突還是不斷，不論是武裝份子或流浪漢對觀光客人身安全都有高度威脅。

外交部呼籲，國人若非必要不要前往該國旅行，若已經在蒲隆地境內遇到問題需要協助，可撥打南非代表處緊急聯絡電話或外交部緊急聯絡中心進行聯繫。
