美德州執行死刑　第500名死刑犯伏法

【綜合報導】美國德州今日稍早執行一名女死刑犯麥卡希(Kimberly McCarthy)的死刑，這也是1982年以來第500名死刑犯伏法，而麥卡希也是美國近3年來第1位女死刑犯伏法。

麥卡希在1997年殺害71歲鄰居，最後遭判死刑。今日執法人員為麥卡希注射毒液，完成執法任務。
