揭露政府情報密令 微軟提申請

（法新社舊金山26日電） 根據美國法院今天公布的法庭文件，微軟公司（Microsoft）加入谷歌（Google）陣線，要求法庭准許他們公開更多政府私下要他們提供的資料。

微軟19日向外國情報監聽法庭提出請求，而谷歌則在前一天提出類似申請。外國情報監聽法庭為外國情報監聽法（FISA）授權成立的特別法庭。

美國國家安全局（NSA）利用外國情報監聽法庭授權的監控計畫，接觸企業網站資料事件曝光，兩大科技巨擘表示，他們希望在監控計畫曝光後，消除使用者疑慮。

法庭文件顯示：「媒體大幅報導，稜鏡（PRISM）計畫讓美國政府直搗微軟以及其他電子通訊服務供應商的中央伺服器。」

文件顯示：「微軟已尋求、並持續尋求糾正媒體不精確報導，所造成微軟讓政府直接進入伺服器和網路基礎設施的錯誤印象。」（譯者：中央社張詠晴）
