男超商撿到皮夾　盜刷兩手機轉賣3萬

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市37歲林姓男子5月4日下午到一間超商買東西，彎腰撿東西時，發現一只皮包，偷偷暗摃，發現皮包內有現金4千元及數張信用卡，他竟火速趕到手機行，刷卡買了三星及HTC手機兩支，雖一度無法刷卡遭店員質問，但他誆稱因買母親節及生日禮物刷爆，仍矇騙店員成功盜刷，並立即帶到其他手機行賤價賣出，得到3萬元贓款。
 
許姓失主事後發現皮包掉了報案，但仍無法阻止遭盜刷。事後警方調閱監視器，發現林男騎乘機車做案，近日傳喚到案說明，林男坦承犯行，新竹市警方今依侵佔、詐欺罪嫌函送。
