台新金想吃彰銀財長張盛和：金管會不會同意惡意併購

【林巧雁／台北報導】身為彰銀最大股東的台新金，上周在彰銀常務董事會以多數優勢通過合併彰銀案，本月彰銀董事會可能表決通過合併案。財政部長張盛和今天強調，金管會不會同意惡意併購。

張盛和今天出席稅務節表揚大會，會中接受訪問表示，金融業是高度監理的行業，不像一般營利事業可以強行併購，即使所有程序都走完，最後仍要金管會同意，金管會不會同意惡意併購。財政部也已經發函給金管會、證交所與投保中心，調查台新金是否拉抬股票。
