女性熬夜工作30年　乳癌風險增兩倍

【綜合報導】經常熬夜工作的女性要注意，加拿大研究人員指出，女性長期上夜班超過30年，罹患乳癌風險將增加兩倍。

《英國醫學雜誌》日前刊登加拿大皇后大學的最新研究，指上夜班的女性因為整晚在燈光下工作，光線使得體內化學物質產生變化，破壞荷爾蒙的生長節奏，抑制具有防癌效果的荷爾蒙分泌，加上睡眠不足，更容易誘發惡性腫瘤。皇后大學的研究人員，早前比較1134名女性乳癌患者及1179名健康女士，並將她們上夜班的年期分為14年以下、15至29年及30年或以上，結果發現，上夜班長達30年或以上的女性更易患乳癌。

丹麥現在是全球唯一的國家，將員工上夜班導致乳癌列入保險的工作傷害。
