新疆據報有大量軍警車輛調動 氣氛緊張

在烏魯木齊「七五騷亂」4周年前夕，新疆3天內發生2起襲擊事件。據中國人權民運信息中心報導，新疆和田凌晨氣氛緊張，大量軍警車輛緊急調動，政府部門的電腦互聯網全被切斷，公務人員電話不能使用。

新疆公安廳發出通告，群眾如果能提供有用線索，協助公安破獲暴力恐怖犯罪活動，可獲發放5萬至10萬元獎金。對知情不報及協助犯罪分子的人士，依法追究刑事責任，投案自首並有重大立功表現的罪犯，依法減刑或免除處罰。
