搭大哥的肩 被打成植物人

〔自由時報記者吳昇儒／基隆報導〕天道盟同心會會長蘇韋聰，不滿李姓男子敬酒時，對他勾肩搭背，感到受辱，竟找小弟將對方打成植物人，隔日還恐嚇當時在場人員要求串供，警方前天逮捕涉案3人。

警方調查，蘇韋聰（38歲）5月16日與手下在基隆市某家KTV飲酒作樂，鄰桌友人帶李姓男子向他敬酒，蘇不滿李某敬酒時對自己勾肩搭背，認為有辱身分，先是率眾離席，5分鐘後再帶手下折返，並由藍聰敏及陳稚中將李男強押至KTV樓梯間，以木棒及拳頭狂毆頭部，期間該店負責人與蘇、李的共同友人欲制止，藍嫌卻手放腰際作勢掏槍嗆聲：「誰過來，我就開，沒聽過槍聲是不是？」

藍等人持續毆打，直到李男頭部傷重血流如注時，才罷手離去。李男雖被緊急送醫，但已變成植物人。隔日，蘇、藍毫無悔意，為求脫罪，竟吆喝20多名幫眾強押案發當天在場人士，要求配合串供。

基市警刑大成立專案小組，指揮偵三隊等單位偵查，昨分別逮獲蘇、藍兩嫌，並在金門小三通碼頭，攔截到正要偷渡的陳男。警訊後依組織犯罪、恐嚇、殺人未遂嫌罪將3人移送。
