中共國務院：將繼續實施穩健貨幣政策

中共國務院辦公廳表示，將繼續實施穩健貨幣政策，合理保持貨幣信貸總量，綜合運用多種貨幣政策工具，發揮再貸款、再貼現及差別存款準備金動態調整機制，引導經濟結構調整，嚴防金融風險。

國務院說，對中小金融機構繼續實施較低的存款準備金率，增加三農及小微企業等信貸資金來源。中央會穩步推進利率市場化改革，更大程度發揮市場在資金配置中的基礎作用，提高實體經濟特別是小微企業獲得信貸的機會。

另外，政府將防範地方政府融資平台貸款等風險，認真執行房地產調控政策，落實差別化住房信貸政策。亦將解決高耗能、高污染及產能過剩的行業在結構調整時所顯現的金融風險，並對產能過剩行業實施差別化政策。
