16歲女友偕燒父　男求情仍被續押

小情侶放火燒屋，這一幕震驚社會，更讓他訝異的是，提議放火的，還是17歲的黃姓少女，至於男友呂姓男子，因為負責買汽油、點火，被依殺人未遂、縱火罪起訴，4日早上移審新北地院後，召開接押庭，呂姓男子在庭上坦承放火，但不承認殺人，也打出親情牌，希望能交保，探視許久未見的媽媽，但這心願落了空。

新北地院庭長樊季康：「被告所犯的罪名，是最輕本刑5年以上，有期徒刑的重罪，客觀上面有逃亡之虞，而且被告的供詞，跟本件黃姓少女的供詞，是相互矛盾，客觀上面有勾串共犯之虞。」

呂姓男子遭收押禁見，至於少女因為未成年，還在由少年法庭審理中；回到2人親手毀的家，已經全都清空，少女一家人南下台中，投靠親友。少女鄰居：「他(少女父親)對這個小女孩，不抱任何希望，就很心寒，不想去看，也不再提。」

少女爸爸心寒到，幾乎放棄這個女兒，就連被收容在少年觀護所，也從沒探視過，只有阿嬤曾去會面；一場火，不只毀了家，也燒斷了多年的父女情。
