【陳威廷／台北報導】文化界拋出政府簽訂兩服貿協議前應先做「文化影響評估」，文化部人文出版司司長周蓓姬說，服貿協議有關文化方面的衝擊，文化部已委託民間機構與專家進行相關評估，各方面的影響都會研究，預估一個月內報告會出爐，是否公開、以何種方式公開，文化部會再討論。
