【張先華／台中報導】昨(16)日深夜23時許，台中市中美街傳出火警，消防隊接獲報案趕到現場發現公寓大樓一樓樓梯間雜物遭人縱火，幸經住戶及時發現並撲滅未擴大災情，警消在社區廖姓主委家中的監視器，發現住樓上患明精神障礙的楊姓少年走出樓梯間，走在後面的住戶發現失火慌張提水桶滅火，警方在現場發現楊姓少年立即將他帶回調查。
