爺嬤受雇揹孫擋卡車　惡霸搶標阻工程

【綜合報導】台北市綽號「熊董」的嫌犯熊普慶（47歲）和角頭林鴻淵（45歲）、陳文雄（52歲）等人共組建設公司，為搶2億元廢棄土工程，不顧另家工程公司已得標，刻意從中破壞，以每人600元請來爺嬤充當走路工，揹孫擋車抗議阻擋施工，惡霸與3名同夥前天遭移送收押。

警方懷疑，台北市議員闕枚莎的辦公室主任涉介入關說施壓，但他昨以證人身分到案時否認涉案。熊嫌等人前天被依妨害自由、恐嚇取財等罪嫌送辦，熊嫌遭收押禁見。

熊嫌還派出集團成員前往工地「站崗」，企圖癱瘓施工。翻攝畫面
