全球5億部手機SIM卡有保安漏洞

聯合國屬下的「國際電訊聯盟」計劃向近200個國家的電訊監管機構發出警告，由於手機存有資安風險，令駭客有機會攻擊手機SIM卡，估計全球5億部手機受影響。

德國一個研究所發現，使用舊式加密技術的SIM卡存在這個漏洞，不法份子可以控制、甚至複製手機SIM卡，再利用SIM卡資料，從事金融犯罪或電子偵測活動 。這個研究所將於月底在美國拉斯維加斯舉行的會議，具體說明。
