徐信正證詞　何江忠曾說：「不關洪就關你」

陸軍下士洪仲丘枉死案進入第22天，542旅旅步連長徐信正證實，副旅長何江忠曾說:「如果不關洪仲丘，就關你」

洪仲丘舅舅曾指稱，何江忠曾直接打電話給洪仲丘直屬長官542旅部連副連長劉延俊中尉表示:「如果不關他，我就關你」。

徐信正委任律師26日上午證實，542旅副旅長何江忠曾對連長徐信正說「不關他，就關你!」

不過，徐的委任律師指出，在徐信正的理解上，當時副旅長是比較玩笑的話，並非那麼嚴肅認真，同時也表示在送洪仲丘去禁閉時，並沒有受到高層施壓。
