俄羅斯總統蒲亭(Vladimir Putin)的發言人培斯科夫(Dmitry Peskov)今天(26日)表示，俄羅斯聯邦國家安全局(FSB)正在和美國聯邦調查局(FBI)，就美國國家安全局(NSA)承包公司前雇員史諾登(Edward Snowden)的命運，進行會談。

史諾登因為洩漏美國監控民眾通聯的機密，遭到美國通緝，自從6月23日至今，一直滯留在莫斯科國際機場的過境區。

培斯科夫指出，克里姆林宮並沒有涉入會談。
